Shipping costs, transit times and payment methods
All prices include VAT. Transit time starts once the shipment leaves us — it is the carrier’s time, not our handling time.
Handling: Typically ready to ship in 1–2 days. The transit times below are added after that.
Shipping within Germany

- Orders of €100 or more ship free of charge within Germany.
- We choose the carrier to suit weight and destination — DPD, UPS or Deutsche Post. The price stays the same. Parcels come with a tracking number; light items sent as Deutsche Post merchandise mail have no tracking.
- Pallet consignments go by freight forwarder. Orders of that size are delivered carriage paid — just ask.

For deliveries outside the European Union — Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway and the United Kingdom — customs duties and import VAT may apply in addition. These are borne by the customer and levied by the destination country’s customs authority, not by us (AGB § 3 (3)).

Payment methods
Pay via your PayPal account. Dispatch is arranged once payment is received.
Visa and Mastercard, processed by our payment provider Stripe.
Klarna's payment options are selectable during checkout.
You grant us a SEPA mandate during checkout; pre-notification is provided with the invoice.
Choose “Kauf auf Rechnung” at checkout — we e-mail you the invoice and you pay by bank transfer. The first order is paid before dispatch: send us the transfer receipt with your order number and we usually ship straight away, without waiting for the credit to clear. Business customers can then be moved to a payment term of 14 days from the invoice date.
