INA ZKLN1747-2RS-2AP-XL = 2 pcs. Schrägkugellager (17x47x50)

As an axial angular contact ball bearing, this bearing carries high axial loads at elevated speeds, e.g. for ball screws. The mounting dimensions are 17x47x50 mm and the weight is 0.47 kg; technical details beyond these are shown in the specification table. This type belongs where axial force dominates and guiding accuracy decides, such as machine tool spindles and actuator drives.

The balls run between washers whose raceways are inclined so that the line of force action is predominantly axial. The position therefore takes axial load with high stiffness and holds the shaft closely in place — the reason this type is used where the accuracy of axial guidance decides the function of the whole assembly. It carries only a small amount of radial load, so an adjacent radial position belongs to the design.

Achievable stiffness depends directly on the setting, either adjusted on assembly or fixed by the design. Flatness and squareness of the seating faces are critical in axial types, because a tilted seat translates directly into uneven load distribution across the ball set. Rings and rolling elements are made of through-hardened standard bearing steel.
