OPTIBELT SPZ1202 Ummantelte Keilriemen

The OPTIBELT SPZ1202 is a wrapped V-belt in section SPZ (AV10) to DIN 7753-1 / ISO 4184, transmitting power by friction through its wedge flanks in the pulley groove. All three length datums at a glance: inside length Li 1,164 mm, datum length Ld 1,202 mm, outside length La 1,215 mm. When cross-referencing other brands, always compare the same length datum.

The cross-section measures 9.7 × 8 mm at a 40° wedge angle. Any V-belt of section SPZ (AV10) with datum length 1,202 mm is a drop-in replacement, regardless of brand. Key design data: minimum recommended pulley datum diameter 63 mm; weight 0.074 kg per metre. The fabric wrap protects the tension cord against abrasion, oil and ozone — the robust standard for industrial drives (belt speeds up to about 30 m/s).

Permissible ambient temperature range: -30 to +100 °C. The cross-section matches the US section 3V/9N to ARPM/MPTA — useful on imported machinery; note the ARPM designation number encodes the OUTSIDE length. Optibelt manufactures to the S=C Plus (SetConstant) length concept — an advantage when several belts run side by side.
