SWR 8V4250 Ummantelte Keilriemen

The SWR 8V4250 is a wrapped V-belt in section 8V (25N) to the US ARPM/MPTA standard, transmitting power by friction through its wedge flanks in the pulley groove. All three length datums at a glance: inside length Li 10,675 mm, outside length La 10,795 mm. When cross-referencing other brands, always compare the same length datum. The cross-section measures 25.4 × 23 mm at a 40° wedge angle.

Key design data: minimum recommended pulley datum diameter 315 mm; weight 0.575 kg per metre. The fabric wrap protects the tension cord against abrasion, oil and ozone — the robust standard for industrial drives (belt speeds up to about 30 m/s). The metric section SPC to DIN 7753-1 is not a substitute for this section: it measures 22 × 18 mm and runs in differently cut pulley grooves.
