SWR D187 — a wrapped V-belt, section 32 (D) to DIN 2215 / ISO 4184, for friction power transmission between two pulleys. All three length datums at a glance: inside length Li 4,750 mm, datum length Ld 4,825 mm, outside length La 4,876 mm. When cross-referencing other brands, always compare the same length datum. The cross-section measures 32 × 20 mm at a 40° wedge angle.

Any V-belt of section 32 (D) with datum length 4,825 mm is a drop-in replacement, regardless of brand. Key design data: minimum recommended pulley datum diameter 355 mm; weight 0.668 kg per metre. The fabric wrap protects the tension cord against abrasion, oil and ozone — the robust standard for industrial drives (belt speeds up to about 30 m/s). Permissible ambient temperature range: -40 to +80 °C.
