SWR D264 Ummantelte Keilriemen

The SWR D264 is a wrapped V-belt in section 32 (D) to DIN 2215 / ISO 4184, transmitting power by friction through its wedge flanks in the pulley groove. All three length datums at a glance: inside length Li 6,706 mm, datum length Ld 6,781 mm, outside length La 6,832 mm. When cross-referencing other brands, always compare the same length datum.

The cross-section measures 32 × 20 mm at a 40° wedge angle. Any V-belt of section 32 (D) with datum length 6,781 mm is a drop-in replacement, regardless of brand. Key design data: minimum recommended pulley datum diameter 355 mm; weight 0.668 kg per metre. The fabric wrap protects the tension cord against abrasion, oil and ozone — the robust standard for industrial drives (belt speeds up to about 30 m/s). Permissible ambient temperature range: -40 to +80 °C.
