SWR SPB1500 Ummantelte Keilriemen

SWR SPB1500 — a wrapped V-belt, section SPB to DIN 7753-1 / ISO 4184, for friction power transmission between two pulleys. All three length datums at a glance: inside length Li 1,440 mm, datum length Ld 1,500 mm, outside length La 1,522 mm. When cross-referencing other brands, always compare the same length datum. The cross-section measures 16.3 × 13 mm at a 40° wedge angle.

Any V-belt of section SPB with datum length 1,500 mm is a drop-in replacement, regardless of brand. Key design data: minimum recommended pulley datum diameter 140 mm; weight 0.195 kg per metre. The fabric wrap protects the tension cord against abrasion, oil and ozone — the robust standard for industrial drives (belt speeds up to about 30 m/s).

Permissible ambient temperature range: -40 to 100 °C. The cross-section matches the US section 5V/15N to ARPM/MPTA — useful on imported machinery; note the ARPM designation number encodes the OUTSIDE length.
