SWR SPC9000 Ummantelte Keilriemen

The SWR SPC9000 is a wrapped V-belt in section SPC to DIN 7753-1 / ISO 4184, transmitting power by friction through its wedge flanks in the pulley groove. All three length datums at a glance: inside length Li 8,917 mm, datum length Ld 9,000 mm, outside length La 9,030 mm. When cross-referencing other brands, always compare the same length datum.

The cross-section measures 22 × 18 mm at a 40° wedge angle. Any V-belt of section SPC with datum length 9,000 mm is a drop-in replacement, regardless of brand. Key design data: minimum recommended pulley datum diameter 224 mm; weight 0.377 kg per metre. The fabric wrap protects the tension cord against abrasion, oil and ozone — the robust standard for industrial drives (belt speeds up to about 30 m/s).

Permissible ambient temperature range: -40 to 100 °C. The US section 8V/25N to ARPM/MPTA is not a substitute for this section: it measures 25.4 × 23 mm and runs in differently cut pulley grooves. Note also that an ARPM designation number encodes the OUTSIDE length.
