SWR SPZ2360 Ummantelte Keilriemen

SWR SPZ2360 — a wrapped V-belt, section SPZ (AV10) to DIN 7753-1 / ISO 4184, for friction power transmission between two pulleys. All three length datums at a glance: inside length Li 2,322 mm, datum length Ld 2,360 mm, outside length La 2,373 mm. When cross-referencing other brands, always compare the same length datum. The cross-section measures 9.7 × 8 mm at a 40° wedge angle.

Any V-belt of section SPZ (AV10) with datum length 2,360 mm is a drop-in replacement, regardless of brand. Key design data: minimum recommended pulley datum diameter 63 mm; weight 0.074 kg per metre. The fabric wrap protects the tension cord against abrasion, oil and ozone — the robust standard for industrial drives (belt speeds up to about 30 m/s).

Permissible ambient temperature range: -40 to 100 °C. The cross-section matches the US section 3V/9N to ARPM/MPTA — useful on imported machinery; note the ARPM designation number encodes the OUTSIDE length.
